Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Timeframe

  • We strive to deliver your order within 3-5 business days after it is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We proudly deliver to all locations across Pakistan, ensuring your furry friend receives the nutrition they deserve, no matter where you are.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of 250 PKR is applied to each order. This fee is added to your order total during checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Payment Methods

  • We offer the following payment options for your convenience:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash upon receiving your order at your doorstep.
    • Direct Bank Transfer: Complete your purchase by transferring the total amount directly to our bank account. Please ensure to provide proof of payment for order confirmation.
    • Card Payments (Coming Soon)

6. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Cheow Peow reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded.

Returns and Exchange Policy

1. No Exchange/Return Policy

  • At Cheow Peow, we ensure the quality of our products before shipping. As such, we do not offer exchanges or returns once the product has been shipped, except under certain conditions outlined below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@cheowpeow.com or via WhatsApp at +92 328 8483003.
  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

4. Order Changes

  • Any changes to your order must be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify it.
